Next we develop position contracts to give everyone a clear understanding of what is expected of them and which activities they are responsible for. This ensures clearly defined roles and stops people from stepping on each other’s toes.

The third step in the process is developing a clearly understood organization chart with clearly defined reporting designations so that employees understand where they fit in the company and to whom they report.

The fourth step is to have the key players spend time working with a business simulation tool and train them no matter what their responsibilities are as to how the business makes money.

We use a tool that is a comprehensive “hands-on” workshop that takes a realistic look at talent challenge, work flow process and complexities of running a modern day organization.
