WORKFORCE TRAINING FUND You may be eligible for up to $20,000 in workforce training reimbursement! Lighthouse Strategic Partners has been approved as a provider through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund. Many of our products are pre-approved for grant reimbursement. There are two types of Workforce Training Grant Programs:
The General Program:
- No employee size limit
- $250,000 maximum / 2-year grant
- 90-day lead time
- Customized training plan
- Company must match grant funds
$1-to-$1 (includes wage/fringe paid
to trainees) - Outcome tracking & reporting
required - Applicant works w/ trainer(s) of
choice
The Express Program
Companies with 100 or less employees
- $20,000 maximum / year
- 3-week lead time
- Apply for additional training as
needed - Full reimbursement, up
to $3,000 / person /
course/yr
Companies with 100 or more employees:
- 50% reimbursement,
- up to $3,000 / person /
course
The application process is simple and takes less than 15 minutes. We will even fill out the application for you!
Training starts three weeks after application is submitted.
