Lighthouse Quarterly Planning Day June 13,2024
Stephen Covey’s approach to time management is to create time to focus on things that are important before they become urgent. Quarterly Planning falls into the “not urgent but important” quadrant of Steven Covey’s 4 quadrants of time management. 20% of time spent in your business should be “In the Zone” attending to planning, goal setting, and strategizing. But few business owners and managers take the time to do this.
Lighthouse holds 4 quarterly planning sessions per year, helping businesses look at long term and short term goals, and getting in writing, a one page quarterly plan with 5-7 SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely).
In addition to the specifics of quarterly planning, we provide tools that support goal attainment…positive attitude, focus, and accountability. We enjoy helping our business owners reach their goals, both in business and personal goals.
It’s time to get back into Action! On Thursday, June 13th we will be running a Quarterly Planning Seminar from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, focused on finishing the year profitably.
Chef, Stephen Coe will again feed and entertain back at the house after the seminar from 5-8pm Join us with the Chef who beat Bobby Flay, Restauranteur/Owner of “Early Bird” in Kingston.
Join up to spend some valuable time to work on your business with other successful business people, leave with a plan and set goals to promote your successful future.
The Quarterly Planning day investment is $150.00. If you are a Lighthouse Client, this Quarterly Day Plan is included in your coaching program. We look forward to seeing you there! Please reserve your seat by signing up below:
